Fake

Your hair was long but now its short you say,” I got it cut!” But I don’t see no hair on tha floor?!

– Alexander Oneal, from the song, “Fake”

Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis were ahead of the times when they wrote the song fake. I listen to that song now & I laugh because it’s so true.

But please don’t expect this blog to bash those “fake things” alex was singing about ! After all I am a beauty blogger/hairstylist/make up artist?!

I LIVE IN THAT WORLD !!

The truth of the matter is, as much as people talk smack about fake things it also attracts them.

Celebrities & recording artists also live in a fake world. But I doubt they look & act that way in their own home.

Queen Latifah

Latifah’s Cover Girl print ad. I bet some of those same women who criticize whats fake. Turn right around & give Cover Girl their money !! Lol !!

Rhianna

It’s the mystique. Image is everything & like it or not, that is how people judge you.

Babyface’s ex was beautiful before her subtle nose job. But looks star worthy after thanks to great plastic surgery.
Everybody knows that nene had some work done. I’m not hating because she looks great !

The porn industry makes millions off of being fake. Magazines are sold off of fakeness. People talk trash about Kim Kardashian, but the woman is on just about every magazine right now?!

I blame those that do fake the wrong way lol smh . . . . the wannabes lol .

Tiffany Pollack aka New York

They give fake a bad name. Bad plastic surgery, photography & bad make up.

Aleaxander O’neal sure sung that song with a lot of feeling. Musta been thinkin bout a woman who pissed him off lol . Now I love alexander’s music.

But he sho could benefit from some FAKE ass cosmetic dental surgery lol .
