Make up is a wonderful invention! But eventually,you have to take it off.  And not just when you go to bed. The skin needs a break to breathe sometimes.   1. The first thing you should do when caring for your face is to get into a routine of cleansing it. Twice a day is optimal. Make sure you use products specific to your skin type. Wet your face with lukewarm water and use your fingertips to apply cleanser. Using a washcloth, mesh sponge, or anything other than your fingertips can irritate sensitive or acne prone skin. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel. Using toner or an astringent next is optional.
